Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to update you on the steps that we’re taking to maintain a healthy workspace. 6Storage is committed to a positive, healthy workspace for its employees.


As such, we have instituted work from home procedures and implemented travel restrictions for our employees. We are monitoring the threat situation and the product owner will take appropriate actions as the situation evolves.


6Storage is committed to customer service and support. Although remote, we’re still continuing the same standard of service and accessibility to 6Storage products. You can reach our support team 24/7 via phone, livechat and email. The scheduled releases and updates might get delayed, but the support team will be available for your needs even if the situation gets worse. 6Storage has implemented business continuity plan to support our customers.


Our product owner has arranged for remote working locations for employees living in apartments, to aid in social distancing. Product development team and technical team are working remotely to ensure 6Storage product reliability.
