It will be nice that we can group selected units into a unit group, and apply the same rental and services.  

Currently, you have to set rental charges unit by unit.  When units are the same size, we charge the same.  So it makes sense that if we can group them together and set the same rental charge.  If there is a change in rental, they are also get changed together.
