Head on to the Lease tab and pick the desired Unit number/Tenant name that you would like to cancel/resend the electronic signature request. You could also have the options view the Approval status of the signatureThis is possible only if you have sent the e-signature request to your tenant via email. You can choose the tenant that you would like and hit on the cancel the e-sign request button in the Approve e-sign tab or you can also choose the Resend request to send the e-sign request once again to the tenant.Now hit on Yes to resend the request to their registered email if you have preferred to resend the request for your tenant. Verify the popup message that the e-sign request has been sent successfully. If you would like to cancel the e-sign request you can also do it from the same tab where you chose resend the request to the tenant. You can provide the confirmation if you would like to cancel the request that has been sent to your tenant. You do have the option to revert the canceled status back to pending in the page where you choose to resend/cancel the e-sign request. For each activity, you will find the confirmation popup that pops out on the page to provide the confirmation on each and every action that you would like to perform in the application.
