Settings menu helps you to set up your 6Storage account for your regular business operations.


Click the Settings icon from the left side of the page.

General


The General tab has the following settings, that are used to provide the details related to the Business information:


  • Company Profile
  • Facility Details 
  • Storage Category


You can make changes to the below available settings related to your business operations that need to be reflected in all the Sales Invoices, Receipts, and all over the system.


  • Time Zone based on the preferred locations
  • Business Name
  • Edit/Update the Business Web Site
  • Contact Number
  • Admin Email Address
  • Support Email Address
  • Business Logo

1. Company Profile:




 All the Business-related information is set using the Company Profile Settings tab.


Please refer to the following screenshots to make the preferable setting changes to your 6Storage account.




You can change the Time Zone based on the Storage Facility Locations




The Business Logo can be updated using the upload option, the same logo will be reflected in the system (Invoices, Receipts, Email templates, and Lease agreements).




You can add the business address
1. Business Address1 

2. Address2 (Optional) 
3. Country 
4. State 
5. City
6. Zip code.




Enable the check box button shown below to Display Business Bank Account Details in the Invoice. So the Bank Details like Bank Name, Account Number, etc., will describe at the bottom of the Tenant’s Invoices.




After Enabling the check box button, the Bank Details will be displayed as shown above.


You can also draw or upload the signature of the Admin, in the Admin Digital Signature Field, then the Digital Signature will be added to the Document’s (Lease Agreement) with the help of Macro Bindings.


The Existing Signature shows the earlier added signature at the right side, next to the Drawing space.



The Social Media links fields are used to add your social media pages of Storage Facility as Advertisements, and these links will be present at the bottom of each email as a Macro.




Once you have updated or Edited with all the required details, please click on the Save button, to save the changes.
