Having multiple locations in different states would require different documents such as lease agreements and insurance documents. 6Storage enables you to create your own documents according to your needs and choices.

Previously, you could directly create a document by typing straight into the editor or you could upload a document and edit it further. Nonetheless, there were limitations in restoring alignments from the source document. Now, we have replaced the old HTML editor with a new word editor.

You can only edit documents in the new editor but with fewer efforts possible. Unlike the previous one which converts the uploaded document into an HTML editor, the new editor will keep the alignments from the source document (.docx) in word format and helps you make the document look better.

Head over to Settings > Documents > Move-In Documents. Click Create New Document

As it was in the past, you can see the list of macros at the left sidebar which helps you design the document by adding the required macros which can pull real-time data from your account. You can add the macros -storage name- and -unittype-by dragging them into the draft area, which will include the storage name and unit type in the document.
