The follow-up option allows you to schedule & send reminders as either e-mails or text messages (If Twilio enabled).

The initial follow-up information is collected when a lead is added. 

To Add more follow-up reminders to your lead click on the option shown below from the leads tables.

In the follow-up pop-up that appears you can schedule a number of follow-up reminders to your leads.


1. The first follow-up reminder added during the lead creation cannot be edited. 

2. The follow-up date can only be a date before the desired move-in date. 

3. The most recent follow-up will be displayed in the lead table.

An email will be triggered to the tenant on the particular scheduled follow-up date.
