Emails on multiple scenarios are often sent to customers from time to time. However, there might occur gaps in communication when notifications on certain scenarios are communicated only to tenants whereas admins may not have any idea about it. So, we have enabled a checkbox that allows admins to receive a copy of reminder emails while sending emails to tenants.
To use this option, head over to Automation > Remind your tenants tab and enable the toggle button.
Now, you can add events according to your requirements and all the emails that are sent to tenants in different scenarios will also be sent to the admin.
