While adding a One-time charge or Invoice based service, there are multiple checkboxes to consider before you save the action.

  • 'Display in online Move-in' implies that the service will be displayed for all the units during a move-in.
  • 'Default for Online Move-in' implies that the service will be automatically added to the unit during a move-in.
  • 'Is Active' implies that the service will be active for all the units and adding the service will be optional. This checkbox is common for all three types of services.

Ensure that all the fields are filled with appropriate details. As you click on the Save button, the service will be added to your account.
